IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

Due to the unprecedented number of abstracts received for this year's Research Congress, RESCON 2022, the Organizing Committees was compelled to add an extra day to conduct the technical sessions. Accordingly, the technical sessions will be conducted on
29th and 30th October, 2022 in virtual mode. The date of the Inauguration Ceremony is unchanged, and will be remained as
28th October, 2022.

About the Congress

The PGIS Research Congress is the major event conducted by the Postgraduate Institute of Science annually.
The Congress provides an exciting opportunity to share and disseminate knowledge and cutting-edge research,
and a platform to build networks among scientists across Sri Lanka and overseas.
This year's Research Congress is scheduled to be held on the 28th and 29th October 2022.

The congress will be held as a fully virtual congress (abstracts must be presented online)
