As many people think that science is relatively a difficult subject it is important for science educators to be competent to guide themselves, their colleagues and, above all their students to cope with the rapidly changing world.

As such, this programme will take into consideration the nature of the learner, the processes of learning and teaching and, the characteristics of the domain-Science. It will further stress the importance of orientation towards the future.
